I am passionate about  home ownership.  We all deserve a place in this busy world to call our own, a calm foundation we can branch out from. Wether it be a home to raise our children in or one to watch the evening sunset from, it is our sanctuary, a place that nurtures our sole.

My focus is to help you find your special home and to make the path of acquiring it as easy as possible.

I have extensive experience in home purchasing, property management and vacation rentals, and raw land development, as well as in designing new construction and remodeling existing sites. Working in all facets of home ownership and management has given me a holistic understanding of the intricacies of real estate. I spent much of the last decade working along the Baja California peninsula, helping individuals and families realize their home ownership dreams by bridging the gap between customers, legal consultants, and contractors.

I joined the Bailey family of realtors because they are a locally-owned business renowned for their integrity. I believe combining my experience with their extensive knowledge of the Santa Cruz real estate market allows me to provide the highest standard of service to my clients.
